Information the App Handles

The App may handle the following information based on your usage:

• Prize/item data you enter (for example, labels, counts, colors, emojis).
• Participant data you enter (for example, participant names and optional emojis/images).
• Draw history generated by your usage (winner results, timestamps, and related draw details).
• Optional images you select or capture for items/participants.

Publish Mode and Server Data Transfer

When you use the Publish feature to share a draw session, the following data is transmitted from your device to our server (joyprizedraw.pages.dev):

• The draw title you provide.
• The draw mode selected (for example, wheel, gacha, blindbox).
• Prize list data: each prize's label, quantity, emoji (if any), and built-in image reference (if applicable).
• Publish settings such as whether results can be drawn once per user, expiry time, and background wallpaper selection.

The following data is not sent to our server:

• Participant names or participant images — these remain on your device.
• Custom images you attached to prizes — only built-in image references are included.
• Your local draw history.

A unique share link is generated for each published session so you can distribute it to participants. Anyone with the link can view the prize list and, once authenticated (for example, via LINE, Google), perform a draw. The server stores the prize data you published so the shared draw page remains available until the session expires or you stop it.

Permissions and Device Access

Depending on your platform and OS version, the App may request access to:

• Camera: to capture an image you choose to attach to an item or participant.
• Photos/Media/Storage: to select images from your device for items or participants.

These permissions are optional for core draw functionality and are only used for features you trigger.

How Your Data Is Used

Data handled by the App is used to:

• Operate prize draw features (wheel, draw modes, participants, and history).
• Save your settings and lists so they persist between sessions.
• Let you attach and display optional images.
• Export/share history files only when you explicitly choose to do so.
• Publish draw sessions to our server so others can access them via share links.

Data Storage and Retention

• App data is stored locally on your device (for example, local app storage/preferences and app files).
• When you publish a draw session, the prize data and settings described above are stored on our server. Published data persists on the server until the session expires or is stopped.
• Data that is not published remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Prize data (labels, quantities, emojis, built-in image references) is transmitted to our server only when you choose to publish a draw session.
• Published sessions are accessible to anyone with the share link. You control who receives the link.
• If you use the App's export/share feature for local data, selected data is shared through your device's system share sheet and handled by the destination app/service you choose.

Children

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our server. Prize data published to our server contains only the content a user chooses to share (labels, quantities, emojis, and built-in image references). Parents or guardians who publish sessions should be aware that share links make prize data accessible to anyone who receives the link.

Security

We use reasonable efforts to support secure handling of data, both locally and in transit to our server (HTTPS). However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Choices

You can:

• Edit or delete items, participants, and history within the App.
• Remove optional images you added.
• Revoke permissions (camera/photos) through your device settings.
• Delete app data by clearing storage or uninstalling the App.
• Stop or let expire any published draw session to remove it from the server.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above.
